Fragrance: 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all Full Size and Travel Size Extrait de Parfums so you can refund or exchange, no questions asked, even if used. Note: refunds or exchanges are not available on samples (Discovery Kits and individual 2mls.)


Beauty: Unfortunately for hygiene reasons, Lip Stains cannot be returned or exchanged. If you’d like help choosing the right shade before you buy, our customer service team is always here to help.

We know buying perfume online can be tricky, that’s why we have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not 100% in love with your order, you can return it for an exchange or a refund — yep, even if you’ve tried her.

Please note: satisfaction guarantee excludes sample size products. Unfortunately we do not offer refunds or exchanges on individual 2ml samples or the Odesse Discovery Kit.

How To Return Your Order

Still not in love after 30 days and wanting a refund? Return your parfum for a full refund—no questions asked. Or maybe you're wanting an exchange for something else? No problem. Swap her for a new scent instead. Either way, follow the two steps below to initiate your return.


1. Send it back to us

Package up your order, along with your order number and send it to:

  • Your Order Number
  • Tracking details for your return parcel
  • Whether you’d like a refund or exchange (if exchanging, please let us know which scent you’d like instead)

Refund and Exchange T&C's
  • We are unable to provide prepaid return labels; return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

  • Returns must be sent back no later than 10 days after the end of the 30-day trial period (commencing when you receive your order).

  • We recommend using a tracked postal service—if we don’t receive your return, we can’t process your refund or exchange.

  • Refunds and exchanges are available on Full Size and Travel Size Extrait de Parfums only. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on individual 2ml samples, the Odesse Discovery Kit or Lip Stains.


  • E Gift Cards can not be returned or exchanged for cash.

My Order Arrived Damaged

Help! Odesse has arrived, but not in one piece… That’s okay, we’ll make it right. We replace all faulty items within 30 days of purchase. If this has happened to you, email us at info@odesse.com.au with your order details, and we’ll sort it out.
