We know buying perfume online can be tricky, that’s why we have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not 100% in love with your order, you can return it for an exchange or a refund—yep, even if you’ve tried her.

Still not in love after 30 days and wanting a refund? Return your parfum for a full refund—no questions asked. Or maybe you're wanting an exchange for something else? No problem. Swap her for a new scent instead. Either way, follow the two steps below to initiate your return.
1. Send it back to us
Package up your order, along with your order number and send it to:

2. Email us
at 💌 info@odesse.com.au with:
- Your Order Number
- Tracking details for your return parcel
- Whether you’d like a refund or exchange (if exchanging, please let us know which scent you’d like instead)
- We are unable to provide prepaid return labels; return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
- Returns must be sent back no later than 10 days after the end of the 30-day trial period (commencing when you receive your order).
- We recommend using a tracked postal service—if we don’t receive your return, we can’t process your refund or exchange.
- Refunds and exchanges are available on full sized products only. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on individual 2ml samples or the Discovery Kit.
But what if I received a faulty item? See below.
Help! Odesse has arrived, but not in one piece… That’s okay, we’ll make it right. We replace all faulty items within 30 days of purchase. If this has happened to you, email us at info@odesse.com.au with your order details, and we’ll sort it out.
